COVID-19 UPDATE: EVENTS CANCELLATION

The US government has announced the cancellation of various events all over the country in view of the COVID-19 pandemic. This is in line with CDC’s recommendation to cancel or postpone mass gatherings and large events as such can contribute to the spread of COVID-19 in the United States.

We understand how the pandemic has impacted the lives of many. We also know that one thing you’re interested to know is how you can get a refund for events that have been cancelled or postponed. The general rule is that all sales are final, but of course if an event gets cancelled, you are entitled for a refund. It’s always best to visit the website where you got your tickets as they should have information on the process of ticket refunds. Here are links to different websites’ responses regarding the COVID-19 pandemic.

1. Ticketmaster
2. Seatgeek
3. Stubhub
4. Live Nation

Please know that if the event is postponed, it may not be possible to get a refund, but you can always put your tickets up for resale. In such cases, we recommend Ticket To Cash.
