The Moon River Festival is a 2-day music festival featuring a carefully curated lineup of talented artists to highlight the culture and music of Tennessee. Founded in 2014, it is now celebrating its 5th year, and is already recognized as one of the prime music festivals in the state. Last year, tickets got sold out in less than 8 hours upon posting, so expectedly this year’s tickets are also already sold out on the primary. The good news, however, is that you can still buy at SuperSeats!
Before you do that, make sure you’re getting the one you want! Here’s a brief overview of what you can purchase:
There are basically two types of ticket available right now.
- GA Weekend Pass – that grants you a 2-day access to the festival, along with all the outdoor experiences and eateries. You can also shop official merchandise and enter the Tennessee tavern for some alcoholic drinks. There’s also a complimentary bike valet, and water stations.
- VIP Weekend Pass – With this, you get access to all the amenities of general admission plus an exclusive performance evening at the Walker Theatre for Friday, September 6th. Acclaimed singer/songwriters such as Drew Holcomb, Heather Morgan, and Marcus Hummon will be performing. Hors d’oeuvres will be provided, and drinks will be sold. You will also get priority entrance into the festival, as well as access to the main stage VIP area, which has an exclusive bar. There’s also an airconditioned lounge with comfortable seating, free massages and styling stations, as well as restrooms and a dedicated VIP bar. Lastly, you’ll get a commemorative gift package.
