News and Rumors, SuperSeats

We have received some questions here and there about what Superseats is, and what it is they do, etc. etc. so we thought we would clear some of the air on this topic and give you the necessary information you should know.

What is Superseats?

Superseats (http://www.superseats.com) is simply another marketplace for getting tickets to sports, concerts, theater, and other live entertainment events.  This is their mission statement: “We strive to provide the utmost satisfaction for our customers from the instant they open our web page, to the instant their event has ended. We do this by providing outstanding customer service, and great deals on premium seating tickets.”

Why do we suggest them?

Because we want you to be able to get tickets to your desired events!  Primary markets like Ticketmaster and Live Nation sell out QUICKLY, and it can be difficult to get the tickets you want, or any at all.  Different marketplaces sell at different prices, so we cannot say that Superseats will always be the least or most expensive all the time, but we have noticed that their inventories are well stocked and include a wide variety of tickets.  Therefore we want to provide you with this option of another marketplace that is not just the fast selling primary markets, but still also a great option to pick for where and how you get your tickets.

Is Superseats safe and reliable to use?

Yes, they are definitely a safe marketplace to use, and in our experience, absolutely reliable.  If they were not safe and reliable, we would not put links to their pages on our site.

Any other noteworthy perks to using them?

Don’t you hate it when you find really great seats for a great price and then upon checkout you find all these surprise fees? Superseats is upfront with your fees, so there wont be any surprises when you go to pay. There will also be times when those included fees will still make your total transaction cheaper than other marketplaces out there.
